Include your app version, macOS version, and a short description of the issue. If useful, attach a screenshot with personal information removed. Only send a recording or diagnostic log if you are comfortable sharing its contents.

Permissions

If capture is unavailable, check Screen Recording, Microphone, and Camera permissions in macOS System Settings. Grant only the permissions needed for your workflow. After changing screen recording access, macOS may require you to restart the app.
